Look. The future has changed. We already had the technology to enable remote work, but the pandemic supercharged its adoption. Overnight we had to figure out how to work outside the office. And guess what.. It worked. Remote comes with a long list of benefits (Flexibility, productivity, reduced commute, ability to travel, a global resource pool, etc.), but requires that we rethink the core of how we work (leadership, trust, tools, ways of working).
